We all know the saying “A blessing in disguise” and I am sure you will have experienced it in your life. You run into a life event that seems like a huge setback, for you to later realise it may have actually been one of your greatest blessings.

Alan Watts perfectly illustrates this phenominam through the story of “The Chinese Farmer”. An absolute joy to watch.

Because you never know what will be the consequences of the misfortune, or, you will never know what will be the consequences of good fortune.
