We have extensive experience within the commercial and residential real estate market. Our current core geographic target areas are the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Our deal size/acquisition values range from 50k EUR for single unit residential property, all the way up to 15m EUR for a single unit commercial real estate asset. Development investment values typically range between 2-8m EUR.
Our investment style can be characterised as conservative with a long term outlook, minimising risk through, for example, securing strong rental contracts and limited use of leverage instruments.
We are familiar with the acquisition, development, re-development (turnaround experience), exploitation, management, and disposition of real-estate, especially residential and hotel & leisure related real estate assets.
Currently we exploit a residential real-estate portfolio specifically focussed on the affordable housing segment. We also serve both the private and the public sector by developing specialist/purpose build housing solutions for social institutions.
